Having tried and failed on many occasions in the past, Anna had a final stub (pun intended) at giving up smoking last January, initially forced by illness,  then encouraged and supported by family, friends and colleagues at work.
Anna is now busy planning her summer holiday, which has just received an extra boost - £500 prize given by the company to employee who achieves a 12 months smoke free status!
