Function and Event Rooms

The Falmouth has a range of rooms to suit a variety of function, from large events - such as a conferences or other large celebrations - to smaller events, such as important presentations to key clients or an intimate gathering for family and friends.

Pendennis Ballroom: The Pendennis can be used for dinner dances, presentations, weddings, formal dinners and open plan events. It can cater for up to 250 people for a Buffet; 200 delegates theatre-style or 140 for a Banquet.

The Trelawney: The hotel restaurant caters nicely for functions and events.  The room offers an open aspect with sea views and can accommodate up to 250 theatre-style and Banquet.

The Windsor:  The Windsor, overlooking the hotel gardens, is perfect for smaller business meetings and conferences.  It can accommodate up to 70 people theatre-style, 80 for a Buffet and 35 Boardroom style.

The Camellia Lounge:  Boardroom style meetings, private lunches and dinners are perfect for the Camelia, a bright room with doors opening onto the front lawn and its wonderful sea views.  The Camellia can accommodate up to 60 for a Buffet and up to 35 boardroom style.

Arwenack and Kimberley Rooms:  These two meeting rooms, on the first floor of the hotel are ideally suited for small conferences and meetings for 60 people or less in a theatre setup or up to 35 people boardroom style.

Penmere Room:  This small meeting room is ideal for Board meetings and for use as breakout rooms for a larger event.  Boardroom style, it can accommodate 10 people and theatre-style, 20 people respectively.
