Business at The Falmouth

The Falmouth has a number of function rooms suitable for business gatherings whether at boardroom level or for conferences.  There are five function rooms in total.  Up to 250 people can be catered for.  The hotel also has ample off road parking, is easily accessible from Falmouth Docks train station and offers leisure facilities for the periods business can be set aside for some relaxation.  The town centre is within comfortable walking distance.

Day Delegate Rate

From £35 per person, inclusive of service and VAT ( requires a minimum of 10 delegates), our rate includes: 


• Hire of main meeting room
• Tea & Coffee on arrival
• Data projector and screen
• Flip chart & pens
• Jugs of iced water
• Mid morning coffee and tea with biscuits
• 2 course buffet lunch (from finger buffet option two or three)
• Afternoon coffee and tea with biscuits
• Complimentary stationery
• Free use of Oasis Leisure Club for each day of the conference (extra charge for solarium)

Residential Delegate Rates

 From £99.00 per person, inclusive of service & VAT,(A minimum of 10 delegates) our Residential Delegate rate includes all of the elements in our Day Delegate rate plus: 


•Three course dinner with coffee (package includes a choice from the hotel’s table d’hote menu, depending on numbers or dishes on Set Menu A)
• Overnight standard single accommodation
• Full English breakfast
• Free use of Oasis Leisure Club (extra charge for solarium)
