For the body, relax with a Nirvana – a full body Chinese massage with luminescence oil chosen for your biorhythm, using acupressure and lymphatic drainage techniques..

Involves a full body clay wrap, full body Chinese massage and soothing gels.  It is designed to bring harmony to body and mind, helping to re-energise the body system.

Body Bliss

Is a full body clay wrap tailored to your needs.  Simply choose from 5 different La Phyto clay treatments to improve circulation, detox, revitalise, firm or simply relax.

For beautiful holiday skin, treat yourself to a body polish with Dead Sea salt – a luxury body treatment combining body brushing and exfoliation using Dead Sea salts infused with essential oils.  This is completed with a light moisturising massage to refresh and nourish the whole body.

Follow this up with a spray tanning session using St Tropez to obtain a perfect, natural looking tan.

RVB Natura Facials

ranging from a basic one for all skin types (£20) to intensive treatments that can combat wrinkles, loss of tone, dehydration, sensitivity and oiliness (£30 or £38).  The Natura Eye Treatment concentrates on specific conditions of loss of tone and wrinkles, puffiness or dark circles.

For well-being, the Spa does Therapeutic, Aromatherapy and Indian Head massages as well as Reflexology and Reiki.

With all this rejuvenating, one shouldn’t neglect hands, nails and feet and Nirvana can take care of all that including nail extensions if required.  And of course, if getting rid of body hair is on your list, the Spa can take care of that as well with a range of waxing treatments.
