Standard Rooms
These rooms are compact but none the less comfortable and individually decorated. All rooms are en-suite and are provided with hospitality tray, television, hairdryer and direct dial telephones as standard.

Select Rooms
Select rooms are available as twin or double bedded rooms and are more spacious than our standard rooms. These rooms are available with or without sea views.

Premier Rooms
Our premier rooms are our most spacious rooms – said to be the largest bedrooms in Falmouth. They have comfortable seating areas and offer superb sea views. All of our premier rooms offer bathrobes, mineral water and other thoughtful extras.

Premier Plus Rooms
These are luxuriously spacious rooms with sea views and are equipped with the same extras as our Premier rooms but these have the added advantage of balconies and spa baths.

Children

Our Premier and Premier Plus room types can accommodate one or two children in extra beds. Children sharing a room with parents are charged at £20 per child, Bed & Breakfast.

Children
Children under 5 years of age are accommodated free of charge. When sharing a room with two adults, children between the ages of 5 and 14 will be charged £20.00 per child, per night inclusive of breakfast. For children under the age of 5 a children’s menu is served in the lounge between 5pm and 6.30pm.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome by arrangement at a charge of £8.00 per night, excluding food. Dogs are permitted in the guest rooms only and not in public areas. There is no charge for guide dogs.

Christmas, New Year and Special Occasions
At Christmas, New Year and throughout the year where appropriate, the hotel offers special packages. Details are available on request or can be found on our website

Restaurant & Dinner Inclusive Terms
Dinner is available in our AA Rosette Trelawney Restaurant. We offer a daily changing Table d’hote Menu at £30 per person. If you would like to book your table in advance, whilst making your reservation, we can offer the menu at a discount rate of £25 per person. This offer is also available if you book online. Smart casual attire is preferred in our restaurant.

Smoking
The hotel operates a non smoking policy in all bedrooms as well as public areas.

Reservations
All bookings require a deposit of £50 per person. Up to and including 28 calendar days prior to the arrival date provided that the hotel has received notice of the cancellation in writing within such timeframe. This will ensure the return of any deposit paid.

Less than 28 days but up to and including 14 days prior to the arrival date provided that the hotel has received notice of the cancellation in writing within such timeframe. The Hotel shall be entitled to charge 50% of the cost of the core service to the guest and forfeit any deposit paid by the guest in advance in full.

Less than 14 days prior to the arrival date provided that hotel received notice in writing within such timeframe. The hotel shall be entitled to charge 100% of the cost of the core service and forfeit any deposit paid by the guest in advance in full.

We recommend that guests take out booking cancellation protection. The hotel offers this protection at 5% of the value of the booking. This will entitle guests to cancel their booking less than 28 calendar days prior to the arrival date provided that the hotel had received notice of the cancellation in writing prior to the arrival date. Following such cancellation, the hotel shall retain the amount paid by the guest for the Booking Cancellation Protection and the guest shall forfeit any deposit paid by the guest in advance in full but the guest shall not be liable in respect of the payment for the core services which have been cancelled.

Arrival and Departure Times
Our check in time is from 3pm; however an earlier checkin may be possible upon request. Check out time is 11am.

Oasis Leisure Club & Nirvana Beauty Centre
Our Oasis Leisure Club has a great deal to offer – a heated indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym and solarium. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted in the gym or snooker room and must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool. Children may use the swimming pool between 9.00am and 7.00pm.
