Children

When sharing a room with two adults, children between the ages of 4 and 8 will be charged £15.00 per child, per night and aged 9 to 14 £25.00 per child per night, this is inclusive of breakfast. For children under the age of 8 a children’s menu is served in the lounge between 5pm and 6.30pm. All bedrooms offer a baby listening service.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome by arrangement at a charge of £8.00 per night, excluding food. Dogs are permitted in the guest rooms only and not in public areas. There is no charge for guide dogs.

Christmas, New Year and Special Occasions

At Christmas, New Year and throughout the year where appropriate, the hotel offers special packages. Details are available on request.

Restaurant & Dinner Inclusive Terms

The menu is included in the rate for those guests on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Basis (excluding supplemented items). Smart casual attire is preferred in our restaurant.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any areas of the hotel.

Cancellations

All bookings require a deposit of £50 per person. We recommend that guests take out a cancellation insurance scheme. The hotel can arrange for cover that will guarantee to refund any monies paid. Click here to view our Terms and Conditions

Arrival and Departure Times

Our check in time is from 3pm; however an earlier check-in may be possible upon request. Check out time is 11am.

Oasis Leisure Club

Our Oasis Leisure Club has a great deal to offer – a heated indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym, and solarium. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted in the gym or snooker room and must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool. Children may use the swimming pool between 9.00am and 7.00pm.
